Commercial Roofing Estimator (Technical Focus)

About the Role

Were looking for a commercial roofing estimator who cares aboutaccuracy and scope not sales pressure or rushing numbers out the door.

This position is for someone who likes digging into plans and specs catching issues before they become problems and producing estimates that can actually be built without surprises.

What Youll Be Doing

• Preparing detailed takeoffs and estimates for commercial roofing work
• Reviewing drawings specifications and bid documents
• Identifying missing scope conflicts and risk items up front
• Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers when needed
• Clearly documenting assumptions inclusions exclusions and clarifications
• Supporting clean handoffs to project teams once jobs are awarded

This Is Not a Sales Job

• No commission pressure

• We expect estimates to be complete and correct.

What Were Looking For

• Experience estimating commercial roofing projects
• Full-time in office presence at our Kernersville NC office
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Detailoriented and consistent
• Comfortable working independently and owning your work
• FM UL and warranty knowledge is a plus
