Main responsibilities:
- Reviewing and approving invoices in the system;
- Coordinating the billing process across assigned territories;
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new specialists;
- Implementing processes to optimize billing and improve overall efficiency;
- Communicating and providing feedback to team members and clients;
- Conducting team performance evaluations and providing uptodate data to clients.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to solve problems efficiently;
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in successfully coordinating a team (23 people);
- Confident user of the MS Office suite;
- English proficiency at B2 level;
- At least 1 year of experience in billing;
- Experience working with SAP ERP systems will be an advantage;
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
