Service Senior Governance Analyst
Job Summary
- Position Summary: Acts as a Senior Services Analyst supporting Service Operations across Latin America providing analytical and performance visibility to support service execution and decisionmaking. The role has a strong focus on contractlevel P&L analysis monthly service performance reporting and cost center monitoring while maintaining a broader view of service performance efficiency backlog and execution risks. This position operates as an analytical partner to Service leadership in a regional multicountry environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage service cost centers ensuring visibility accuracy and alignment with operational activities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly service performance reports including service results trends and variances (Actual vs Budget Forecast Prior Year).
- Analyze service performance indicators combining execution and operational data to identify risks inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support service execution reviews by providing insights on execution impacts backlog behavior and cost drivers.
- Perform contractlevel P&L analysis monitoring revenues costs margins and execution performance of service contracts across LATAM.
- Partner with Service Operations Planning and regional teams to support datadriven decisionmaking related to service execution.
- Support service forecasting and budgeting activities from an execution and performance perspective.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by tracking measurable benefits execution impacts and performance gains.
- Ensure governance accuracy and compliance with Vertiv policies for servicerelated performance activities.
Participate in regional service reviews providing analytical insights performance visibility and recommendations.
Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum Job Qualifications
- Experience in service operations analysis services performance business analysis or finance roles supporting service or operational environments.
- Strong experience with contract P&L analysis monthly performance reporting and cost center monitoring.
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a service or operations environment.
Strong analytical organization and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in regional or multicountry (LATAM) service operations.
- Understanding of service execution backlog dynamics and service cost structures.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement or operational excellence concepts applied to services.
- Experience with ERP systems reporting tools and service performance dashboards.
- Minimum Job Qualifications
- Education & Certifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration Engineering Service Operations or related fields.
- Additional education or training in service performance analysis contract management cost analysis or business analytics are considered a plus
- Language Requirements
- Spanish: Required (professional working proficiency LATAM interaction)
- English: Desirable (interaction with regional and global stakeholders)
