Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians
- Provide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles finalize sales and complete customer follow up.
- Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have received
- Recommend tire service specialty tire service wheel and mechanical service to customers
- Ensure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.
- Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.
- Participate in all safety initiatives as required or assigned to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff on the road site or field.
- Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.
- Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
What does it take to get on track
- Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Drivers Abstract
- Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry
- Effective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendations
- Working knowledge of passenger light truck and specialty tires and mechanical services
- Available for split days off and Saturday shifts
- Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
- A team player who takes pride in their work
