IT Service Owner (Mid-Senior Level)

We are seeking to hire an IT Service Owner (Mid-Senior Level) to join a team that works directly on-site at our key customers premises within the dynamic and critical energy sector. The ideal candidates have strong operational leadership a service-centric mindset and familiarity with ITIL practices such as incident problem change service level and vendor / relationship management.
What youll do
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT services (design transition operation improvement)
- Ensure service performance availability and alignment with business needs
- Oversee daily operations incident and problem management activities
- Monitor KPIs (availability MTTR SLA compliance customer satisfaction)
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure delivery against SLAs
- Support change and release processes in collaboration with internal teams
- Ensure effective monitoring reporting and service visibility
- Drive continuous service improvement (stability automation cost efficiency)
- Maintain key service documentation and support knowledge management
- Act as the main point of contact between IT and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in IT operations service management or application management.
- Experience managing enterprise IT services in complex environments.
- Experience working with external vendors or managed service providers.
The following will be considered as a plus:
- ITIL 4 Foundation or higher certifications or
- PMP / PRINCE2 certifications.
