About the role
We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison Oncology Pipeline to join our Field Medical team supporting GSKs earlystage and pipeline oncology portfolio.
This is a nonpromotional fieldbased role covering Victoria and South Australia and is responsible for leading highquality scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and external experts to help shape future clinical development and medical strategy.
Your role will be varied and will include:
Leading scientific exchange on earlyphase data pipeline assets and evolving treatment landscapes
Engaging HCPs and experts to understand unmet needs and inform clinical development
Capturing and communicating medical insights to influence pipeline and medical strategy
Partnering with Clinical Development and Operations to provide early scientific and operational insights that enhance site engagement inform feasibility and site selection and support highquality clinical trial delivery
Strategic territory planning and collaboration across Medical Affairs and Clinical teams
About you
We are looking for a scientifically curious strategically minded medical professional with a strong oncology background and a passion for earlyphase innovation. You will thrive in scientific dialogue and enjoy contributing to the development of future therapies. You will have demonstrated a strong understanding of bridging R&D to commercialisation.
You will need:
Doctorate level with a medical or clinical focus (Pharm D PhD or MD preferred) or MSc-advanced science/clinical/healthcare related degree with relevant clinical industry and/or oncology experience.
Oncology experience pharmaceutical industry or medical liaison experience.
Proven experience in peertopeer scientific engagement with HCPs or external experts
Ability to manage a fieldbased role with regular regional travel
