IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity to lead and manage our IT infrastructure ensure system security and drive technology initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to maintain a secure scalable and efficient IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the companys IT infrastructure networks systems and applications.
  

• Develop and implement IT strategies policies and procedures.
  

• Lead cybersecurity initiatives including risk assessment vulnerability management and incident response.
  

• Ensure data protection system integrity and compliance with security standards and regulations.
  

• Monitor systems for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
  

• Manage firewalls antivirus solutions SIEM tools and endpoint security systems.
  

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
  

• Lead and mentor the IT team ensuring high performance and continuous development.
  

• Oversee IT budgets cost control and procurement processes.
  

• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
  

• 3 years of experience in IT management with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
  

• Solid knowledge of network security cloud security and data protection practices.
  

• Hands-on experience with security tools (Firewalls IDS/IPS SIEM Endpoint Protection).
  

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
  

• Strong understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001 GDPR etc.).
  

• Relevant certifications are a plus (CISSP CISM CEH or similar).
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in scalable tech environments or startups.
  

• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
  

• Experience with penetration testing or security audits.
