• Hourly Pay: $ 29.50
  
• Non-taxed Stipend: $1246.00
  
• Weekly Total Pay: $2131.00
  
• Weekend Requirements: Every 4th weekend
  
• Vaccine Policy: COVID vaccinations strongly encouraged
  
• 8hrs non-billable orientation

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from Physicians regarding which area of the patients body needs imaging
  
• Talk the patient through the procedure and answer questions to lower their anxiety.
  
• Correctly position the patient adjust the imaging equipment to the specified position
  
• Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure both to themselves and to the patient
  
• Follow correct techniques and procedures such as patient shielding
  
• Keep good patient records
  
• Maintain radiology supplies inventory by checking stock anticipating future needs and placing orders
  
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  

Compensation:

• Weekly Pay (hourly) Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Min. 3 years CURRENT X-ray experience is required
  
• Operating room experience is strongly preferred
  
• Previous/Current travel experience is strongly preferred
  
• NYS license & ARRT (R) is required
  
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  
• Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  
• Strong communication professionalism and reliability
  

Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start):

• Drug screen and background check (facility required)
  
• Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
