Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seekingRN Labor & Deliveryfor an exciting Travel or Local job inWashington Heights NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to labor and delivery patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal conditions during labor and postpartum
• Perform IV insertion and assist with phlebotomy procedures
• Support and manage conscious sedation cases
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and high-risk situations
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians midwives and interdisciplinary teams
• Promote safe delivery practices and patient-centered care

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN / ASN) required

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of maternal and child health experience
• Minimum 2 years of IV insertion experience
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
• Experience with conscious sedation required

Licensure & Certifications

• Active New York State RN License (required)
• AHA BLS Certification (required)
• AHA ACLS Certification (required)
• NRP Certification (required)
