Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders withaccuratecost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guaranteetimelyservice completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge toassistwith service needs and warranty information
Qualifications
- Previousexperience as an automotive technician/mechanic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work anda good drivingrecord
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Mustpass backgroundcheckMVR and drug screening
