DEC - Pesticide Reporting Law using Outsystems DMNDDEC - Environmental Bond Act (EBA) Information System Phase 3 DMNDDEC: Special Licenses System (SLS) Modernization DMNDDEC - Laboratory Info Mgt System - RFP DMND0004541

Involved with all facets of the software development process including the research design programming testing and implementation of computer software and will collaborate with team members to create new applications enhance existing systems and troubleshoot issues in an Agile environment.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

Operating under the direction of ITS staff.
1. Development and support of various applications on a low-code platform.
2. Leverage the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) for all activities.
3. System analysis and design
4. Analysis of existing processes and documentation of business rules
5. Creation of functional specifications
6. Analyze requirements create design documentation specifications and test plan documentation
7. Assist in the coordination of application migrations.
8. Assist with system integration load and performance test planning and validation efforts.

Mandatory Qualification:
Software Developer -
Is involved with all facets of the software development process including the research design programming testing and implementation of computer software.

Expert -
84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Qualifications:
- 84 months experience in frontend development including HTML CSS JavaScript and related frameworks (e.g. React Angular or similar).
- 84 months of experience integrating applications with other systems using APIs web services and other integration technologies.
- 84 months of experience development including proficiency in C# and framework.
- 84 months of experience using various SDLC methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall Iterative) and experience applying them in software development projects.
- 84 months of experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS) including advanced SQL skills.
- 84 months of experience in systems analysis including requirements gathering process modeling and system design.
- 84 months of experience with UI/UX design and development with a focus on principles and best practices including user research wireframing prototyping and usability testing.
