Contract Recruiter (1099) Fully Remote & Flexible Schedule

Banister Search is seeking a driven Contract Recruiter (1099) to support a high-priority high-volume hiring project. This is a remote flexible opportunity ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced production-focused environments and wants strong earning potential tied to performance.

Youll partner directly with our internal team to support a large-scale multi-year hiring initiative (200 hires) for a national client. This is a project-based role with immediate impact focused primarily on sourcing and placing outside sales representatives across multiple U.S. markets.

What Youll Do

• Source engage and qualify candidates for high-volume sales roles

• Utilize LinkedIn and creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates

• Partner closely with Banister leadership for alignment and feedback

• Manage candidate pipelines and drive placements from outreach to hire

• Adapt quickly to a niche project-based recruiting environment

Schedule&Structure

• Compensation:Hourlybasepayplusperformance-basedbonusesperplacement

• Part-time(upto20hours/week)

• FullyremoteandFlexiblehours(nofixed95requirement)

• Project-basedwithpotentialforongoingworkbasedonperformance

• BonusStructure:$500perplacementupto$3000perplacementwithunlimitedplacementpotential.

What Were Looking For

• 1 year experience in recruiting (agency or contract preferred)

• Experience recruiting for sales roles (strongly preferred)

• Ability to work independently in a remote flexible structure

• Strong sourcing skills beyond traditional job boards

• High sense of urgency and accountability for results

• Bonus: Background in sales or recruiting sales professionals
