As a Security Change Specialist you will: Drive and manage information security projects across multiple business and IT domains Lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams in security transformation initiatives Identify emerging security threats and translate them into actionable security improvements Collaborate closely with security management IT teams and business stakeholders Ensure implementation of security controls aligned with organizational risk posture Translate complex technical security concepts into clear business-level insights Support and influence strategic decision-making related to information security Oversee execution of security change initiatives within large-scale programs Contribute to improving overall security maturity and resilience Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units for security alignment What You Bring to the Table: 5 years of experience in IT roles 5 years of experience in IT security functions Strong understanding of security threats vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies Experience working in complex enterprise-level environments Hands-on experience with SIEM tools and developing SIEM use cases Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST maturity model Exposure to cloud security concepts and implementations Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders in international environments Strong integrity and experience handling sensitive or classified information Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or IT Audit You should possess the ability to: Drive change initiatives across technical and non-technical teams Communicate security risks clearly in business-friendly language Influence stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership Analyze complex systems and identify security gaps effectively Balance security requirements with business objectives pragmatically Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment Adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving threat landscapes Build strong relationships across departments and regions Think critically and make risk-based decisions under pressure Translate technical insights into strategic recommendations What we bring to the table: Opportunity to work on high-impact enterprise-level security transformation projects Exposure to global teams and international security environments A collaborative and multidisciplinary work environment Involvement in strategic security programs and initiatives Hybrid working model offering flexibility Access to modern tools frameworks and security practices Lets Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail Feel free to reach out.
