Job Summary
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium
- Execute functional regression and integration test suites
- Collaborate with developers product owners and QA teams to understand requirements
- Identify log and track defects through to resolution
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Review existing test cases and convert them into automation scripts
- Improve test coverage and reduce manual testing effort
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights
- Ensure application quality across different browsers and environments
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and stand-ups
- 3 years of experience in automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Experience with test frameworks like TestNG JUnit or PyTest
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman/RestAssured is a plus)
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
- Write clean reusable and maintainable automation scripts
- Debug and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements
- Think critically and identify edge cases in testing
