Key Responsibilities
As a key member of ourMarine People Strategyteamwe have a wide variety of projects and tasks that support our cultural transformationand engagement acrossseaand shore. Depending on your skillset field of study and interests we are looking for internsthatwould be interested in workingwithallor some of the following tasks:
CrewEngagement incl. campaigns events & communication targeted our seagoing colleagues to drive collaborationcultureand wellbeing
Data collection - qualitative and quantitively
Diversity Equity & Inclusion projectstrainingand campaigns
Developing leadership training

Yourecomfortable in the Microsoft ecosystem PowerPoint Excel SharePoint and Viva Engage are tools younavigate with ease. Beyond that what matters more than experience is curiosity. If you have a flair for technology anddontshy away from exploring tools like Power BI Powerautomatesor Power Appswedlove that. Any hands-on experience is a bonus not a requirement.

The internship is a full-time position (37 hours/week) at our Copenhagen headquarters from August to January. We are however flexible to accommodate potential scheduling conflicts and your university credit transfer requirements.
