Your role

As F&B Service Manager you will take responsibility for our F&B outlets Assoluto Ristorante & Vineria and the westhub Bar & Lounge ensuring smooth daily operations together with your team.

You are present in day-to-day operations lead your teams on a daily basis and work closely with the Assistant Director of F&B.

Your responsibilities

• You take operational responsibility for multiple F&B outlets in daily business operations.

• You lead plan and further develop your teams as well as apprentices.

• You ensure that service quality and guest satisfaction remain at a high level across all areas.

• You monitor key figures such as revenue costs and efficiency and derive appropriate actions.

• You implement and further develop F&B concepts together with your team and the F&B leadership.

• You work closely with the Assistant Director of F&B and actively contribute to operational decisions.

• You are present in service and actively work on the floor close to both guests and team.

• You support recruiting and onboarding new team members and guide their integration.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in the F&B sector ideally with initial leadership responsibility.

• Experience in hotels or environments with multiple outlets is an advantage.

• You enjoy taking responsibility and coordinating multiple areas.

• You work in a structured way and maintain oversight even in dynamic situations.

• You understand financial and operational key figures in the F&B sector.

• You have good German and English language skills.

• You hold a valid work permit for Germany / EU.
