Job Summary

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce knowledge Would you like to contribute to the next phase of a large-scale CRM transformation in the banking sector

We are looking for a Salesforce-focused BA / Consultant who can actively support the business-side design rollout and optimization of a Salesforce-based CRM solution.

What youll do:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce
Support decision-making processes by preparing alternatives and recommendations
Actively participate in testing processes (including real customer data scenarios)
Design and deliver Salesforce user trainings
Support the development of Salesforce usage strategy
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams
Identify and manage risks and pain points during Salesforce implementation

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in banking environment
Strong Business Analysis (BA) skillset
Minimum 2 years of relevant project experience
Confident negotiation-level English

Salesforce-specific expectations

Experience in delivering Salesforce user trainings
Hands-on experience with Salesforce strategy design and support
Strong understanding of Salesforce modules and their interactions
Experience with Salesforce implementation challenges and risk management
Knowledge of Salesforce data models and underlying technical concepts

Nice to have

Experience in banking CRM implementations
Background in consulting within complex organizations
Participation in multiple Salesforce implementation projects
