Job Summary
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement the companys strategic plans and objectives.
- Conduct market research identify business opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Create and execute strategies to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
2. Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including expansion into new markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and suppliers.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts tenders and partnerships.
3. Operational Management:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments within the organization.
- Ensure effective implementation of operational policies procedures and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency.
4. Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance prepare financial reports and present findings to the executive team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (typically 10 years) in the electrical industry with a proven track record of success in leadership and management roles.
- Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of financial management principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field. Proven experience in sales management (preferably in lighting electrical or technical solutions industries). Strong leadership negotiation and communication skills. Ability to develop strategies and achieve revenue targets. If candidate background is Engineering Saudi nationality is required. Preferred Skills Experience managing B2B sales accounts. Strong network within construction projects or contracting sectors. CRM and reporting proficiency.
Required Education:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Engineering or related field.
