Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge site management experience and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily construction site activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and project teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Handle site documentation reports and measurements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance
- Manage materials manpower and resources effectively
Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong experience in site execution and supervision Knowledge of construction methods materials and drawings Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings Experience in BOQ billing and quantity surveying Strong coordination and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Knowledge of safety standards and site practices Time management and leadership skills
