このビジネスを展開するにあたり上記のパートナー開発及びマネージメントを担いまた製造サイドやテクニカルチームとの連携してビジネスの拡大を推進するる人材を募集しております複雑な取引関係を管理しつつ良好な関係を育めるコミュニケーション能力の高い人材を募集していますパートナー企業をリクルートサポートのみならず商品企画のロードマップ作成マーケティング施策含むにも関わりこのビジネスの成長を担っていただきます

社内およびパートナー企業の両方の組織内のあらゆる階層の人たちと緊密な連携が主な責務となりますパートナー企業の製品制作の過程をサポートしそのビジネスの成功を後押しする役割がメインですパートナー企業の選りすぐりのブランド製品のセレクションを上にて増やしていくことにより互いの成長につなげていきますこうした多岐にわたる責任を果たすにはパートナーの戦略およびコンテンツに対する深い理解そしてそのビジネスを促進するために互いがどう連携するべきかについて明確で説得力のあるビジョンを描く能力が求められます

About Amazon Fashion
Our business division consists of Apparel Shoes Bags Watches and Jewelry and deals with various major brands and popular products. The potential for expanding assortment is large and there is high growth addition services such as Prime Try Before You Buy and Merch on Demand allow customers to enjoy convenient services unique to Amazon. The team consists of members from a variety of industries job experiences and regions including Japan the United States China Korea and India and is a unique and fun team. There are many employees who are growing and thriving the businesses with completely new ideas that are not bound by the common sense of the fashion addition new employees are equipped with buddies for operational care and mentors for support to help with on-boarding so that they can ramp up quickly.

- Bachelors degree
- 8 years of Go-To-Market Business Development Sales or Consulting experience
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals
- Experience using sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements prioritize features and influence product roadmaps
