About the Opportunity
William Clarke College is seeking an experienced and professional Director of Enrolments to lead our Enrolments Team and to develop the Enrolments Strategic Plan in line with the College Strategic Plan.
This Senior Leadership role reports to the Head of College and has overall responsibility for enrolments targets and budget all admissions and the strategic direction and oversight of the enrolments team.
The successful applicant will promote the College in line with our vision and values and collaborate with the Community Engagement Team in ongoing engagement with prospective families. You will also develop implement and manage processes for enrolment working with the IT team and external providers as required.
This is a permanent full-time position
About You
Demonstrated record of success as a leader who is able to guide motivate and influence colleagues.
Minimum 3 years experience working in a Marketing or Business Development position or similar. Experience in an educational setting will be highly regarded
Proficient in relevant computer applications including CRM as well as an ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems
Outstanding interpersonal and management skills
Meticulous attention to detail to maintain accurate records
Able to exercise initiative and judgement and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Integrity diplomacy and sensitivity in establishing and maintaining relationships
Excellent organisational analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills
Ability to undertake the duties of the position in accordance with the Colleges Purpose Values and Code of Conduct
The successful candidate will be required to hold a valid Working with Children Check in accordance with Child Protection legislation
Regular practicing member of a Christian church who will actively support the Colleges Christian ethos
