- Oversee Project & Personnel operations on Fire Alarm Life Safety & Electrical projects throughout the DMV region
- Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Financial ownership profitability billing estimates and margins
- Schedule labor personnel logistics
- Site visits customer interaction & safety/code compliance
- Fire Alarm NICET certifications NFPA NEC knowledge preferred
- Base salary project-based incentive bonus
