Responsibilities:

• Job Requirement: Minimum of one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to organize and maintain thorough follow-up with clients before and after sales

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs

• Selling a minimum number of vehicles based on the goals and objectives defined by the sales manager

• Explaining product performance application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase. Determine each customers vehicle needs by asking questions and listening

• Review and analyze actions at the end of each day week month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

• This position requires climb stoop and kneel
• This position requires the ability to hear and talk
• This position requires the ability to have sufficient foot/hand/eye coordination to safely drive a vehicle
• Demonstrate vehicles offer test drives to all prospects and follows test drive route
• Consistently follows the outlined sales process

Requirements:

• Automotive sales background preferred

• Excellent customer service organizational and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment

• Strong written and communication skills

• Valid drivers license required and clean driving record
