Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Inpatient Diabetes & Glycemic Management (Non-ICU)
Hospital-Based Mobile AL Block Schedule
GlyCare is a hospital-based group practice specializing in inpatient diabetes and glycemic management. Our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants deliver protocol-driven evidence-based care to hospitalized adults on Med-Surg and Step-Down units (non-ICU) with endocrinology support.

What Youll Do:
- Provide consultative inpatient diabetes/glycemic management (non-ICU)
- Independently round using established protocols
- Manage 25 patients/day
- Participate in rotating phone-only after-hours call
Qualifications:
- Active unrestricted Alabama NP or PA license
- NP: FNP AGNP or ACNP PA-C
- Inpatient experience required
- EMR proficiency
- New grads welcome
- DEA not required
- Minimum 1-year contract commitment
