Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time or 1099 experienced ERP Program Manager to support our client by providing unified leadership for their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem. As the client modernizes its core administrative systemscentered on Infor CloudSuitethis role will ensure that crossdepartment work is governed coordinated and delivered as a cohesive enterprise program.
Location
This parttime or 1099 projectbased role is limited to no more than 400 hours of work to be completed by the end of September 2026. Remote work is permitted.
About the Position
ERP Program Manager to lead the delivery governance and continuous improvement of the clients Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) ecosystem including Infor CloudSuite. This senior role ensures that finance HR procurement payroll and related systems are implemented and managed as a coordinated enterprise-level program.
ERP modernization impacts daily operations across nearly every department. As systems and integrations grow more complex the client needs a dedicated leader to coordinate work manage vendors reduce risk and ensure consistent predictable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP governance and crossdepartment decisionmaking
Maintain an integrated ERP roadmap
Manage scope change control and work sequencing
Oversee vendor performance and contract deliverables
Drive user adoption training and benefits realization
Standardize documentation and protect institutional knowledge
What You Bring
Experience leading complex enterprise technology or ERP programs
Strong governance project/program management and vendormanagement skills
Ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams and manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement abilities
