Team Manager Placements (Internal) 12 months fixed term contract
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Placements Team and ensure the delivery of highquality childcentred services. This is a key role where you will provide effective leadership management and support to the Placements Team ensuring a professional responsive and childcentred service.
You will be responsible for driving excellence in placement provision strengthening sufficiency and ensuring that every childs assessed needs are met through safe stable and holistic care options.
- Strong management and leadership skills within childrens social care or a related field.
- Indepth understanding of placement sufficiency commissioning and the needs of children in care.
- The ability to build strong partnerships influence decisionmaking and drive positive change.
- A commitment to high standards value for money and improving outcomes for children and young people.
- Confidence in managing budgets and delivering services within financial parameters
