This role is responsible for executing repairs supporting installation and migration activities and maintaining inventory. The technician ensures compliance with health and safety protocols while collaborating with internal teams and external customers or suppliers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
The technician provides 24/7 technical support promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to minimize downtime. They perform operational interventions and repairs ensuring all technical processes are executed efficiently and accurately. The role involves supporting installation and migration activities maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to strict health and safety standards. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners is crucial for successful customer implementations. The technician must demonstrate a proactive approach attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 Years experience in a data center environment. Previous technical experience in IT or a related industrial field. Vocational school or secondary education in an IT technical field. Certification as a qualified electrician is a distinct advantage. ITIL certification or training is an advantage. Fluent in English both written and spoken. Strong communication skills. Attention to detail. Commitment and drive. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proactive can-do attitude. Client-focused approach. Teamwork and collaboration. Adherence to health and safety standards. Problem-solving and troubleshooting.
