Dealer Claims ClerkPay: $18/hrShift: 2nd M-F 4p-12:30amSUMMARY STATEMENT/POSITION OVERVIEWTo ensure that all dealer returns are investigated processed and responded to in a timely mannerESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIESReviews all returns from dealers to get to root causeRespond to issues in the Ford PCS claim siteConfirms all necessary paperwork that arrives with the stockCompletes the return process or denies complaints based on investigationBreak down all stockWorks with the warehouse to return material to other duties as assignedSPECIAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS (List specific skills required but not defined in Dimensions)High School diploma or equivalentAbility to read packaging specifications in EnglishAbility to navigate through SAP screensComputer literate with Microsoft OfficeExperience with Ford System
