Production Operator II 1st Shift

• Monday Friday 6:30 am 2:30 pm
• Occasional overtime is required. 
• $17.50/hr  DOE $0.50/hr wage increase eligible after 90 days

As a Production Operative 2 youll be responsible for completing job assignments planning and scheduling work making production and/or service-related decisions and taking action on problems. Jointly responsible for whole work processes performing multiple tasks and setting staffing plans and production goals for the current day with other team members. Provides information to other team members during shift overlap to improve overall plant performance.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
• Maintaining a safe clean and organized workspace because safety success.
• Lifting 1530 lbs (frequently) and standing for 810 hours a day (staying active!).

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment.
