School Nutrition Supervisor/ 12 Month (Full Time)
The Greeneville City Schools School Nutrition Supervisorisresponsible for directing the operations of the National Meal Program with excellence in accordance with the local state and federal rules and regulations as well as continually improving the vision for the program. Candidates shoudl be an individual with an innovative mindset a passion for childrens health and well-being and have the ability to inspire others through effective fulltimeposition will work40 hours per week and DOES include benefits.
Educational/ExperienceRequirements:(Per TRR/MS.03)
- Associates Degree in a specific related major* AND at least 2 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience;or
- Bachelors Degree in any major AND at least 2 years of relevant school nutrition experience;or
- A valid Tennessee teacher license with a school food service supervisor endorsement or a food production and management services endorsement;or
- Bachelors Degree in any major AND a School Nutrition Association Level 3 Certificate in School Nutrition OR
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent educational experiencein a specific relatedmajor*
*Specific/related major: Academic major or concentration in food and nutrition food service management dietetics family and consumer sciences nutrition education culinary arts business or a related field.
Previous leadership and food service experience a plus.
Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
