Highly Respected National Firm Trusts & Estates (HNW / UHNW) Senior Associate (5 Years)
A highly regarded national law firm with a strong private client platform is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Trusts & Estates group in Naples.
This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working directly with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families advising on sophisticated estate and tax planning matters while building long-term client relationships.
The Role
Youll work on a broad range of advanced trusts & estates matters including:
- Estate gift and GST tax planning
- Drafting complex estate planning documents
- Trust and estate administration
- Advising on multi-generational wealth transfer strategies
This is a highly client-facing position offering the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor on complex and often multi-layered matters.
What Theyre Looking For
- 5 years of trusts & estates experience
- Strong background in advanced estate and tax planning
- Experience working with high net worth clients (UHNW preferred)
- Ability to manage complex matters and maintain client relationships
- Excellent writing analytical and communication skills
