Job Summary
The Math Intervention Teacher is a dynamic and dedicated educator responsible for strengthening students mathematical understanding through targeted intervention programs and small-group instruction. This position focuses on providing direct support to students in grades K-3 who require additional assistance in developing foundational math skills.
Deliver differentiated small-group math instruction tailored to students specific learning needs.
Implement evidence-based intervention strategies and curriculum to accelerate student progress.
Use data from assessments and classroom performance to inform instructional planning and monitor growth.
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and support staff to align intervention with core instruction.
Participate actively in the Child Study Team (CST) contributing insights and progress data to support student learning plans.
Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for continued growth.
