Job Summary
As a Training Coordinator you would impact the development and delivery of a successful and effective global training strategy. You will innovate on behalf of learners and organizational stakeholders improve learning impact and ensure site staff have the resources and knowledge to deliver in their role. You will do this by implementing solutions team members want to adopt share and improve.
As a member of the global Training team you will work to deeply understand the learners experience. You will own the delivery mechanism (inputs tools adoption inspection outputs and continuous improvements) while allowing for site specific design variation. You will contribute to the implementation of the global training roadmap will work collaboratively with partner teams to meet expectations and KPIs and participate in goal setting across the organization by defining performance-based outcomes for learners.
In this role you will drive a continuous improvement roadmap and act as a change agent in the organization. You will take large complex problems and break them down into manageable pieces then ensure timely delivery of learning solutions. You will assess costs benefits and ROI; identify and mitigate risks; anticipate and make trade-offs; balance business needs with technical constraints.
The right candidate earns trust through outstanding performance effective communication skills and a strong record of delivering results timely and effectively. The ideal candidate has broad technical skills site operations experience and a deep analytical background. Strong judgement and a demonstrated ability to influence without explicit authority are key to success.
What You Will Do:
Enable transparency and decision-making across CyrusOne leadership by providing communication and clear status of the initiatives you own
Bring your expertise problem solving skills and creativity to add value to our team
Unify distributed efforts and own the plan to deliver quality outcomes for our customers
Track learning curve and continuous improvement metrics at the site levels
Manage programs to scale and improve the learner experience with our training and enablement offerings
Promote regional approaches where applicable
Develop and track effectiveness of training programs including orientation
Monitor adherence to the established training programs to ensure standard work in the training programs
Document feedback to help the learning department identify strengths as well as area of improvement
Assess development needs for individuals and groups
Manage multiple stakeholder deliverables requirements and navigate complex situations
Attend program related meetings coordinate with team leaders and regularly report status to Operations System management
Work under tight program timelines
Frequently visit data centers to understand the learners experience
What We Are Looking For:
High School diploma required
Preferred - Bachelors degree in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
Proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders vendors or customers
Demonstrated understanding of training creation practices and procedures
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Excellent communication skills teamwork organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software
Work environment:
Hybrid work schedule 3-4 days in office
Fast paced
10% Travel required
