Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Tech Lead you contribute to a supportive growth-oriented environment and take responsibility for the following areas:

• Requirements Analysis & Software Development: Understand analyze and translate business requirements into innovative software solutions.
• Design & Development: Design efficient scalable and high-quality software architectures that align with the companys objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners and Business Partners to clarify refine and enhance requirements while fostering an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across teams.
• Technical Expertise: Lead your team with your technical know-how and grow together with a diverse group of leaders.

Qualifications :

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in Software Engineering Computer Science or a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development (including at least one year in a complex long-term project)
• Proven experience in leading technical teams as well as in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker Kubernetes Terraform Helm OpenShift etc.)
• Experience in managing the development lifecycle particularly with Git/BitBucket and working with pull requests
• Good knowledge of agile development methods especially SCRUM
• Highly organized team player with an agile mindset and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent German and English skills both written and spoken
