THE POSITION:
The Commercial Associate role is an exciting entry point for early-career professionals who want to build a career in Commercial Sales/Business Development. As part of EVERSANAs Commercial Development Program Commercial Associates gain hands-on experience supporting revenue-driving initiatives while rotating across key commercial functions. This immersive program is designed to develop strong commercial fundamentals real-world business skills and a deep understanding of how life sciences companies successfully bring therapies to market.
What Youll Do
- Support active commercial initiatives that contribute to growth pipeline development and client engagement
- Rotate through core commercial areas including Strategy Commercial Operations and Business Development
- Learn how EVERSANA partners with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the drug lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and commercial leaders on real client work
- Build practical skills in analysis communication and project execution within a fast-paced client-focused environment

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:
- Travel (10-15%)
- Hours (40 hours per week Monday through Friday)
Qualifications :
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience education knowledge skill and/or abilities required.
- Bachelors degree in Business administration marketing finance economics life sciences or another related field
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to organize and understand complex information and documents
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with collaborative teams
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills (asks questions vs. assuming process)
- Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Word).

Office: While performing the essential functions of this job the employee is frequently required to reach grasp stand and/or sit for long periods of time (up to 90% of the shift) walk talk and hear; occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet with frequent interruptions and multiple demands.
