Job Summary
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Charlotte NC for a Drywall Foreman. The Drywall Foreman will oversee and coordinate all aspects of drywall projects including managing teams ensuring adherence to project timelines and maintaining a safe work environment. Other responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints assigning tasks inspecting work for quality operating equipment and providing hands-on support when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills including team management task delegation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment related to drywall and construction tasks
- Effective Communication skills for team coordination reporting and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in Carpentry with specific expertise in drywall installation and finishing techniques
- General Maintenance knowledge to ensure proper care of tools equipment and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and protocols
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus
