Job Summary

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Charlotte NC for a Drywall Foreman. The Drywall Foreman will oversee and coordinate all aspects of drywall projects including managing teams ensuring adherence to project timelines and maintaining a safe work environment. Other responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints assigning tasks inspecting work for quality operating equipment and providing hands-on support when needed.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills including team management task delegation and problem-solving abilities
Experience operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment related to drywall and construction tasks
Effective Communication skills for team coordination reporting and conflict resolution
Proficiency in Carpentry with specific expertise in drywall installation and finishing techniques
General Maintenance knowledge to ensure proper care of tools equipment and materials
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and protocols
Relevant industry certifications are a plus
