Job Summary
What will you be doing
Were expanding our team at our Rouse Hill Depot! If youre personable a go getter and not afraid to get down and dirty then this role is perfect for you. If youre all of the above even better!
Reporting to the Depot Supervisor this role is responsible for day-to-day operations of TOMRA Bulk Depots and enhancing the TOMRA customer experience.
A typical day as a TOMRA Depot operator will see you greeting our customers and providing information on the Return and Earn scheme assisting customers from their vehicles to our reverse vending machines and also general cleaning and maintenance.
Beyond the day-to-day were looking for someone can work autonomously be a friendly face for our customers and make our depots the pillar of the town.
Some answers to commonly asked questions about this role:
- Pay rate for adults is paid at Level 2 Waste Management Award.
- Federal police check pre-employment medical (including drug and alcohol screen) and reference checks are part of the background process for employment.
Qualifications :
We are looking for the below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes- we will provide training!
- Customer service experience
- Cleaning or maintenance experience
- High level of communication (verbal and written)
- First aid and/or fire warden certification
