We are looking for a Cosmetic Super Star to join our Benefit team!

Your passion for style and beauty along with your commitment to the highest standards of service will ensure all your clients feel fantastic while running a beautiful cosmetics counter.

As one of the leaders in everything brows you will be experienced in providing a great brow waxing tinting and shaping experience.

Providing the customer with the ultimate brow experience will be what you desire to achieve every time along with your passion for the making our customers look and feel great. You will enjoy creating and building strong clientele relationships where you will be their trusted Advisor. 

Be confident in applying products recommending products and closing the sale. Share your passion for the Brand and all their exciting offerings.

Your genuine caring manner will make you a great team player who enjoys building strong relationships achieving your sales goals and contributing to the wider team goals.

You will be adaptable you will use your initiative to keep on top of tasks ensuring your area is kept well-presented and stocked. 

Attending product training sessions to expand your knowledge is key for success.

Having a good teamwork ethic along with the flexibility to work across the cosmetics department is essential to assist the wider team when required.

Successful candidate

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous management experience could be advantageous 
• Cosmetic retail experience
• Full-Suite of Brow Services - Beauty Therapy or Brow Artistry qualification highly favourable
• Reliable confident and passionate about all things beauty and brows. 
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care 

Additional Information :

This full-time position is 39.5 hours per week.
