Job Summary

This position is for Head Boys Soccer Coach at Pittsburg High School. Duties include but are not limited to:

Recruit train and retain boys soccer players.
Monitor academic progress and attendance throughout season.
Create organize and maintain accurate inventory records of gear equipment and supplies and provide digital copy to AD at beginning and end of each season.
Assist AD with creating a competitive schedule.
Attend and coordinate all practices competitions team meetings.
Work cooperatively with booster club parents staff teachers and administration.
Effectively manage assistant coaches by providing leadership organization and direction.
Develop a team handbook outlining expectations rules and policies for being a boys soccer team member.
Provide effective instruction in training and skill development.
Oversee team travel and logistics and communication.
General care of soccer fields.
Other duties as assigned.
