Team Lead Field Inspection

• Scheduling of staff/team for location specific tasks.                                                                    
• Training of individuals for job/client/site specific tasks.                                                        
• Communication directly with customer site foreman site manager.                                 
• Communication with Operations Manager upcoming projects potential issues.             
• Team progressive disciplinary actions and corrective measures HSE communications.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 5 years of experience in grain or oil inspection and/or grain grading operations or a related field is required.
• Associate degree preferred
