Job Summary
The Group Fitness Instructor position supports the work of the YMCA of Collier County Inc. a leading not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening the communities in Collier County through its core focus areas of Youth Development Healthy Living and Social Responsibility. This position delivers excellent service to all members guests and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs promotes memberships and programs and maintains cleanliness and organization of the welcome center and fitness floor. Instructs group fitness classes in a safe enjoyable and positive environment that welcomes people of all skill and fitness levels.
