SAP HRHCM Payroll Consultant
Job Summary
- Lead workshops with HR and Payroll departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure SAP HR/HCM modules with a primary focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
- Transition to Cloud: Support clients in their journey from On-Premise to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Support & Evolution: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing payroll schemas and rules.
Qualifications :
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Consultant with a strong track record in Payroll.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP HR/HCM.
- Interest or prior experience with SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
- Ability to debug.

Soft Skills:
