Job Summary

Track and follow up on daily and weekly performance reports of frontend inspectors (e.g. reports on hold late
submissions photo availability).
Provide support to inspectors during on-site inspections particularly for queries related to PEO/PM services.
Collaborate with Account Managers Coordination team Inspection Team Leaders and Managers to support
training and onboarding of new resources (inspectors suppliers GIs) including eLearning sessions and
ocumentation.
Assist the service coordinator with operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the management team

Qualifications :

Fresh graduated in Business Supply Chain Logistics or related fields
Strong willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Good English communication skills both written and spoken
Detail-oriented organized and responsible
Proactive self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
Comfortable with using MS Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint) and willing to learn internal systems quickly
Flexible and adaptable to support different operational tasks
Positive attitude and eagerness to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations

Additional Information :

Working Arrangement

Monday Saturday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
2 days per week in District 9 co-working space with the service coordinator
2 days per week on-site to monitor and support
