Product owner Messaging Services

We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Owner to lead our Messaging team responsible for designing enhancing and operating our enterprise-wide communication and messaging this role you will define the product vision set priorities and ensure the delivery of secure reliable and usercentric messaging solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate closely with engineering architecture operations security and business stakeholders to evolve our messaging platforms and support our digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for Messaging services.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business value technical constraints and strategic initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear epics user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with technical teams to ensure highquality deliveries.
• Gather input from users stakeholders and support teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure messaging solutions meet enterprise security compliance and performance standards.
• Monitor KPIs and service performance identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Partner with architecture to ensure alignment and platform scalability.
• Promote adoption of new features and drive change management activities.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good understanding of enterprise messaging technologies (e.g. JMS Adapter AMI).
• Good knowledge of cloud environments preferably OCI.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
• High level of autonomy initiative and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise communication and collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with monitoring automation and integration frameworks.
• Certifications such as PSPO I/II CSPO SAFe PO/PM.
• Background in IT operations engineering or cloud services is a plus.
