The deal: You drive revenue management and cost control for the Sales Department optimize processes with AI and become the trusted partner helping teams make the right decisions.

 YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US

 Drive revenue management
You participate in budget reforecast and closing activities (monthly and annual) related to advertising revenue. You collaborate with sales and technical teams to establish reliable forecasts track performance vs objectives and prepare variance analyses of key KPIs.

 Master cost control
You build budgets and track Sales Department costs. You analyze direct costs (acquisition partnerships vendors) challenge expenses flag overruns and provide reliable reporting to regional leads to ensure alignment with objectives.

 Support teams (Business Partnering)
You regularly prepare financial updates and reports for leadership. You contribute to building financial models for new initiatives and participate in process improvement projects including identifying AI use cases to optimize reporting performance and reliability.

 Ensure compliance and internal controls
You apply financial procedures and ensure compliance. You prepare documentation for audits (internal and external) update tracking tools for new processes (billing new technologies) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes.

Qualifications :

 WHAT ABOUT YOU

What were really looking for:

•  3 to 5 years of experience in management control or audit (ideally in tech thats a real plus)
•  Excel expert  youre comfortable with data and analytical tools
•  Excellent communication in French  you communicate fluently both written and spoken - good level of English as you work in an international environment
•  Analytical mindset  you quickly grasp stakes know how to prioritize and challenge
•  Curious and proactive  you dont wait for answers you go find them
•  Strong interpersonal skills  you collaborate with diverse teams (sales tech finance) and adapt your communication

Nice-to-haves that make the difference:

•  Knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem  you understand how video monetization works
•  Interest in AI and automation  you see the potential of smart tools to optimize processes
•  Resilience and agility  youre comfortable in a fast-moving transforming environment
•  SQL chops  You can write queries to dig into data when needed
