Job Summary
As an experienced Care Assistant Support Worker HCS or Home Carer with at least 2 years experience we are now offering Sponsorship. Youll be supporting older adults with their routines providing reassurance and helping them feel safe at home.
Key Tasks
- Personal care (washing toileting dressing)
- Giving medication support and support with mobility
- Preparing light meals drinks and snacks
- Offering companionship and conversation at the end of the day
- Recording simple care notes after each visit
- Taking clients out into the community for socialising or appointments
Ideal Candidate
Essential:
- A valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailable.
- Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS
- Level 4 English and IT literate
Desirable:
- A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
- Resilient reliable proactive with a can-do attitude
