Job Summary
What you will do...
- Deliver excellent customer service working closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre.
- Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance visits.
- Attend and resolve daily service calls plus scheduled maintenance work.
- Take responsibility for your vehicle and stock ensuring theyre properly maintained.
- Bring a proactive positive can-do approach to every job.
- Join the callout rota with opportunities for additional earning potential.
- Work flexibly when needed to meet client demand.
- Be based within 30 minutes of your working area for responsive service.
Qualifications :
What you will need...
Eligibility & Clearance:
Must be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
Technical Knowledge:
- Intruder systems such as Texecom Galaxy Pacom & GE ranges.
- Access Control (PC-based & standalone): Lenel CEM C-Cure PAC & Paxton.
- CCTV systems across analogue and IP platforms.
- Advantageous: experience with Milestone Dahua Genetec and CEM.
- Strong IP networking skills and understanding of basic electrical principles.
Experience & Skills:
- At least 3 years experience in the security systems industry.
- Proven field service/technical experience.
- Clean full UK driving licence
- Solid understanding of industry standards.
- The right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service track record.
- Ability to spot and refer potential sales opportunities (commission available).
- Good communication time management and planning skills.
