As a Keyholder you are the face of Fossil focused committed and passionate about creating a superior shopping experience whilst embodying the Companys core welcome our guests confidently and have the skill to build trusting relationships by sharing your product knowledge actively listening and asking lifestyle questions to understand our guests needs. You take ownership of your daily tasks and are self driven to meet your individual sales and KPI targets. Additionally there is the responsibility to open and close the store as and when there is no management on shift.
