Serviceperson Reinstatements

• Based at our Porirua Depot with work around the wider Wellington region

• Full time position of 40 hours per week

Weekly wages starting from $26.61 based on skills and experience.

The opportunity

We have roles available in our Reinstatements purpose of the role is to complete the reinstatement of roads footpaths berms and other land following completion of water infrastructure works.

The role requires the job holder to be capable and competent to work with concrete and asphalt able to communicate with both internal and external customers and to ensure there is a high level of service delivered to our wider customers.

About you

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Asphalting concreting general building/construction experience

• Competence in operating plant and machinery

• A clean drivers licence (Full class 1 is a must!) with WTR endorsements/class 2 preferred

• The ability to use technology (i.e. iPad or tablet) to record information

• An understanding and commitment to health and safety in the workplace

• A reliable hard-working attitude
