Your Mission

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Mimica you will play a critical role in scaling our market share by identifying engaging and converting high-potential accounts. Youll operate at the intersection of outbound-driven pipeline generation and a scaling inbound engine turning opportunity into revenue through disciplined execution.

Part of your day-to-day

  • Identify develop and close new business opportunities across a defined portfolio of mid-market accounts.

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and close.

  • Partner closely with BDRs Solutions Engineers and marketing to drive coordinated account engagement.

  • Build and expand relationships across multiple stakeholders including senior decision-makers to drive deal progression.

  • Understand the strategic and operational priorities of your target accounts and position Mimicas value accordingly.

  • Lead structured multi-threaded sales processes navigating complex buying groups and procurement requirements.

  • Deliver tailored demos and business cases aligned to customer use cases.

  • Continuously refine your approach based on market feedback and performance data.

What you will bring

  • Demonstrated success in SaaS sales with a strong focus on new business acquisition (hunter mentality).

  • Proven ability to manage and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience owning the full sales cycle including pipeline generation and deal execution.

  • Track record of consistent quota attainment in mid-market or comparable segments.

  • Ability to operate effectively in low-brand or emerging market environments.

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value in a clear compelling way.

  • High level of ownership urgency and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong execution of multi-stakeholder 6-figure sales cycles.

  • Meaningful contribution to Mimicas mid-market revenue growth.
